1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the RR Cooling Point website and to all services booked with us by phone, WhatsApp or this website. By booking a service or using the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide repair, servicing, installation and gas filling for air conditioners, and repair of refrigerators, washing machines and microwave ovens, in Lucknow. The services listed on the website are subject to technician availability and the nature of the fault.
3. Booking and scheduling
- A booking is a request for a visit in your chosen date and time slot. We confirm it by call or WhatsApp.
- Please give correct name, mobile number, address and a description of the problem. Wrong details can delay or cancel the visit.
- Someone must be present at the address during the visit to show the appliance and approve the work.
- Arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather or earlier jobs can cause delays and we will inform you where possible.
4. Inspection, quotes and pricing
- Our technician inspects the appliance and shares a quote before starting any repair.
- Work begins only after you approve the quote. The quote covers the work and parts discussed at the visit.
- If additional faults are found during the repair, we will tell you and ask for your approval before any extra work or cost.
- Any inspection or visit charge applicable to a service will be told to you when you book or before the visit.
5. Payment
- Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- We accept the payment methods the technician or our team tells you about at the time of service.
- Please ask for a bill or receipt and keep it, as it is needed for any warranty claim.
6. Cancellation and rescheduling
- You can cancel or reschedule by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp with your Booking ID.
- Please tell us as early as possible, ideally before the technician is on the way.
- If a technician has already travelled to your address and the visit cannot take place, a visit charge may apply.
- We may reschedule a visit if a technician is unavailable or conditions are unsafe, and we will inform you.
7. Service warranty
Repairs carry a 30 days service warranty from the date of service, covering the same fault that was repaired and the parts we replaced. Warranty on new parts may also be given by the part manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, water, pests, power surges or voltage fluctuation
- Physical damage or repairs or tampering by anyone else after our service
- A new or unrelated fault in the appliance
- Consumables and items clearly marked as not covered on the bill
To make a claim, contact us with your bill or Booking ID within the warranty period.
8. Your responsibilities
- Keep the appliance accessible and provide a safe place to work, with electricity and water where needed.
- Back up or remove personal items from the appliance before the visit. We are not responsible for items left inside.
- Behave respectfully towards our staff. We may stop a visit if our technician’s safety is at risk.
9. Limitation of liability
We take care while working, but to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of food, data or income, or for faults that existed before our visit. Our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
10. Website use
The content, logo and design of this website belong to RR Cooling Point. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Brand names and logos shown belong to their respective owners and are used only to show the brands we service. We do not claim to be an authorised service centre of any brand unless stated.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
